Drumming Circle – Callington

Drumming circles are about rhythm, connection and shared energy.
When we drum together, our breathing and heart rhythms naturally begin to synchronise. It’s a powerful way to feel grounded, present and part of something bigger.
No experience needed — just bring your heartbeat.
Venue: Lower Axford Farm, Callington
Cost: £5 per person
Bring your own drum if you have one, otherwise we have some you can use.

Sound Bath – Tavistock
Join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath with an Advanced Sound Practitioner.
Using singing bowls, chimes, gongs, gentle drums and other instruments, you’ll be guided into a restorative space where mind and body can truly unwind.
Sound has the power to calm the nervous system, ease tension and invite deep rest. Simply lie back, get comfortable, and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you.
A nurturing experience for anyone seeking stillness, balance and renewal.
Spaces are limited.
Date: Every 1st Tuesday of the month. Next one 7th July 2026.
Time: 7pm – 8.30pm
Venue: The Printworks, Tavistock.
Cost: £15 – pay cash on the day.

If you know a group such as friends, family or colleagues, who would enjoy a sound bath session then why not book your very own event with us! Enjoy the sounds together.
We can also include meditation, mindfulness, drumming, foraging, bushcraft, art and craft, and mental health support.
We are located in Launceston but willing to travel up to an hour (e.g. Exeter, Plymouth, Totnes, Newquay).
