About me
I’m Sue Searle, a calm, caring, and nurturing practitioner with a passion for helping people restore balance and wellbeing in their lives. My journey into holistic therapies grew from both my professional background and my personal exploration of health, happiness, and self-discovery.

I am here to guide and support you on your journey to greater wellbeing. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, trauma, or simply want to reconnect with yourself and nature, my therapies offer safe, nurturing, and transformative experiences.
My Background
I spent 15 years working as a nurse and I hold a BSc in Biological Sciences and have always been fascinated by how the body and mind work and how we can improve physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve been on a personal development journey, learning more about myself, and discovering the power of holistic healing. Today, I am happier, healthier, wealthier and more fulfilled than I ever imagined—and I bring that experience to my work with clients. I am particularly drawn to nature and using it to aid healing.

My Qualifications and Expertise
I am an advanced Sound Practitioner, working with tuning forks, sound baths, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and other instruments to help clients achieve deep relaxation and emotional release. I am also:
- Reiki Master
- NLP Practitioner
- Trauma-Informed Therapist
- Art Therapist
- Mental Health Outdoor Practitioner
- Forest School Leader
Working with my clients, I have seen how trauma can impact physical, mental, and emotional health. My therapies are now trauma-focused, helping people safely release stress and restore wellbeing.

My Approach
I combine my knowledge, experience, and compassionate presence to create safe, nurturing spaces for healing. My approach is tailored to each individual, whether through one-to-one sessions, group workshops, or online support.
I believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, emotions and spirit—using nature-based, sound and creative therapies that help you reconnect with yourself, release stuck emotions, and find balance.

My Interests
Outside of my work, I am passionate about:
- Art and photography
- Gardening and spending time in nature
- Sharing the outdoors with people
I am supported by my wonderful family—my husband, two children, and four grandchildren—and I also run Ecology Training UK Ltd, a company focused on training for ecological and conservation careers.
