Drumming circles are about rhythm, connection and shared energy.
When we drum together, our breathing and heart rhythms naturally begin to synchronise. It’s a powerful way to feel grounded, present and part of something bigger.
Our drumming circle is at the beautiful Lower Axford Farm near Callington and will be outdoors around a fire in the warmer months.
No experience needed — just bring your heartbeat.
Next Date: 21st April 2026
Time: 7pm – 8.30pm
Venue: Lower Axford Farm, Callington
Cost: £5 per person – pay cash on the day
Bring your own drum if you have one, otherwise we have some you can use.

Why Rhythm Matters
Rhythm is universal and deeply rooted in human biology and culture. From heartbeat and breath to music and ceremony, rhythm helps regulate our bodies, connect us with others, and bring us into a natural state of flow.
Group drumming taps into this ancient human practice, offering a powerful tool for wellbeing, connection, and creative expression.
“When we drum together, we don’t just make rhythm — we build connection, release tension, lift mood, and strengthen wellbeing.”
